What a ghatiya kind of post office in millennium city people do not rely upon services other than who knows that their time get wasted no matter how important it is. Govt is great and will sell it one day.

Ineffecient staff, not willing to work.nFrom years same excuse that server is not working, even a small service requires weeks time to complete.nAll have the same attitude towards work specially seniors bcs they r not in habit of doing work dts why always dey make excuses and bound the customers to visit post office multiple times even in this penedemic siuation when its risk of life specially for people above 60 yrs whereas d same work can happen in less den half an hour.

Needs token to access almost all services offered and stand in long queues. Staffs are helpful enough

Worst lazy staff... they put all wrong reasons for non delivery like insufficient address. Even after we mention house number colony, area land mark, correct pincode and phone number. No one picks the call. Everyone put complaint against this post office in india post website

The worst Post Office there is. I called them Atleast 15 times to enquire about my parcel but no one picked up the phone. I had to then go to their office because the person who was supposed to deliver my courier updated the status as “ Incorrect Delivery Address “ . It’s like they are telling me that the place you’ve been living in for 15 years is an incorrect address! I had rechecked the address so many times and it was all correct. Then i waited 3-4 hours at their office for the Delivery guy to comeback at the office so that i could directly talk to him. There’s no management, there’s no cooperation. The staff is rude, they try to ignore you. I tried every landline number and mobile number to raise my complaints but no one picks up. Because of the bad behaviour and irresponsibility of Government staff, we have to suffer.
