The staff behavior is so rude. They are helpless and when asked for any help or support, they show rude behavior. At first they ll be very sweet to make you buy the product and when we come back with an issue in it, they back out with no help leaving us with no other option but for a loss.nnThe cashier guys are pathetic in handling customers, almost people in line shouts to them for their actions, but they don't care.nnDon't spoil Reliance's name with such behavior.

Good rates. Good hygiene. Polite & fast staff. Choice of items is just ok.

Reliance Smart is good place, here we can buy daily use products. Price of the products is cheap.

A perfect place to shop for a middle class family in that area. The quality of reliance own products is decent. Though the quality of veggies and fruits has a huge scope of improvement. I'm sure that cost effective need not mean sub-standard stuff. Staff is well behaved and friendly.
