One of the worst shopping experience at SPAR on 25.08.2020. I personally traveled 5KM from my place Which other competitor brand of SPAR is very near to my place. I was prefer to shop from SPAR, but I got very bad experience at the SPAR store Metropolis Mall Gurgaon. I picked Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate 250gm from the display. And it was on 35%OFF and clearly put Sinages at the product place with proper discription. But when I was at checkout counter cashier told me that was not on discount. Cashier said that I was picked from wrong place and all this. Again we cross checked with Cashier clearly he show that it was on 35%OFF. I asked for store manager, but Store Manager was not available at the store. After 15 minute DM came and saying it was not on discount. And he promised he will update in system and he will deliver to my place, but not get any call from DM.nnI don't mind buying in full MRP but the way Store/Company staff make fool us is not appreciate. Definitely better shopping experience than the last one, but the Kabuli Chana bought by me is full of Mite (Ghun)..

Spar app is useless. I feel regret to use this app. I've not received the order nor the money. Also for the missing items from the previous order. Spar Contact number is also not working nor the email. I don't know how much I've to wait. 5 days has already been passed. Or I've just lost my 2500 Rs.
