Vegetables and meat are fresh. They have varied type of branded items. Location is also perfect. Customer offer is also there.
Super market is good when you go and get stuff from there. But dont go for home delivery. They charge you more for carry bags which is around 15 RS each. I have been a regular customer since 2019 and have been placing monthly order of around 5k plus. Still have been charging extra for each home delivery.nnOnce when i asked them why you charging extra for covers and that too being a regular customer of AIN, they stopped charging and started delivering their products in a rice sack. See the image.nnThis isnt an experience expected from Giants like AIN super market. Please try to maintain a rapport with your regular customers atleast
Only supermarket at karingachira area. Good to know that it is open 24×7. There is cleanliness and enough parking area. Vegetable section is not so worthy. Always check the bill if you are purchasing from here as clerical errors are seen often in their bills. Also cross verify the prices displayed and that's printed in the bill are same.
Very fresh items. Well maintained. Good quality products. Friendly staff. However billing issue is there. They still round off the amount even for card payment. Its not much I as a person loose for a single purchase. I have noticed this same with other shops and complained as well. Sadly when I make a total of all purchases I made in a month via card payments, I see that I have been paying more than 10 Rupees every month. Who is accountable for this money? I couldnt find an answer.
