4Stars if compared to Taj, 4.5 overall.nThe restaurant (only one) was good and the staff was helpful. We took the 4D (meals included) package and they had the same set menu. The staff was accomodating thankfully and the food was good. The place was not crowded so that allowed Social Distancing measures to be followed.nThe property is smaller than other Taj Palaces but still has a nice traditional touch to it with coat of arms, lawns and animals figures. It also features multiple temples. We felt the common areas could be slightly better maintained. The rooms were large and we were told that each of them was a different shape and sizenWe probably checked in to a room different from the one we booked but the staff was prompt in moving us (without acknowledging it). ShoutOut to Ajay for making our stay wonderful.

Great hotel with amazing food. Particularly breakfast. Check rooms carefully before selecting. Some rooms have no view and barely any window. Staff could be more careful on sanitization etc. - was not up to Tajs mark. Property is amazing and if possible do visit palace next door.

Heritage Hotel with very less staff that behaves like a govt managed property.. Food smells bad staff not efficient.. Serving not done properly.. very expensive things that don't taste like a 5 star.. not recommended at all ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e worst Taj property ever ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Friendly service and nice staff. Nice weekend getaway option for people living in Delhi and UP
