M&M Plumbing Heating and Cooling

I had a wood stove installed by M&M. Their technician Jeff came out and looked at what we wanted. We received a quote for the job that was very reasonable and a time was set to do the job. On the day of the installation Jeff was on time. Jeff was very professional, neat, and clean. I couldn't be happier with the job. I would recommend M&M for any service they offer.

Long review but worth reading. M&M installed central air conditioning and installed my new microwave and stove vent outside through the roof. They did a great job and I'm very pleased. I got several estimates, or at least tried to get estimates, and I chose M&M. It is difficult to find a contractor in Northern Michigan who is dependable and will do quality work. Some companies will not even give you the courtesy of a call back. M&M was slightly higher in price for the air conditioning, however, the VALUE in their service was well worth it. The communication was fantastic. I was told by one company they were so far behind, it would be months to get air. Several companies wouldn't install the stove vent. I used a different company to install a water softener. That company now will no longer service my softener because the one guy with a license is no longer there. Beware some of these companies that will install, but not service the products they sell you. M&M has been in business for years. They are reputable and I feel they are honest. Installation is just a part of the process. Follow up service is far more valuable. I'm just a customer and I am not affiliated with the company. Scott, the owner, showed up on time to give me an estimate. His crew showed up exactly on time to do the install. I live in a rural area, even for Northern Michigan, and Scott didn't have a problem making the drive. Very happy and do to my previous experience, I felt I needed to leave this review. I definitely recommend this company.

Collin was very friendly and professional in his demeanor. He found the problem leak quickly and had the parts he needed to fix it. We would recommend Collin and M&M for competent service.
