Tuensang Post Office

I just visited reviews last 3days...what I saw not even 1 good words for staff its very shameful being publicnhelper government employees... not friendly with Customers, attitudes, rude, arrogant..I just need 1 answers How did you get the job...there was no training how to behave, friendly and kind to Customers.

They need to learn more and after reaching the parcel even they didn't see the parcel, and don't even call, we ask them but they reply we didn't received like this type of parcel but we customers only sow the parcel near to them very shame words,,and dont know how to talk to the customer showing they're attitude and rude,,, customers are written contact number because of to call after reaching the parcel not for contact show, so please work like a professional services

I think this post office is also facing the same problems like other post offices in Nagaland .nLike arrogant working staff and not friendly with the customer.nHere is a proble that the government employee think that they are the master of alln.n.n.nBut they forget that they are the servant of the public.n.n.n.n. But what to do

This place like any other post office in Nagaland is outdated, short staffed and need a lot of arrogant officers. We can do better...

Worst service and they are thief.. if you parcel something expensive they will stole it.
