Pondicherry University

Had some great time in this university. Studied integrated msc which is of 5 years. Seldom found a student who disliked the University. Had great hostels (the new ones) and playgrounds, gymnasium, spacious library and great annexure building which serves as a study place until 12 am. Beach is just walkable from the gate and serves as a great option to hangout and birthday parties.

Best place for you to do your masters or PhD here. university is having very good infrastructure and too eco friendly.

This central university is a unique place spread across approx 1000 acres. Being a PhD scholar at JIPMER, Puducherry I used to visit Pondicherry university to complete some of my collaborative works. The campus is quite and lush green. The canteens and mess provide good food services. You need to have permission to enter and visit university. I love the campus. Around the university you find many veg and non-veg restaurants. University is not too far away from beach !!! Good place to study and spend time if you are studying in the university.

Pondicheery University is situated south of Chennai along the ECR highway. The university provides professional courses in UG and PG , PhD. The campus is filled with greenery all around . The infrastructure is well maintained with air conditioned classes and well stocked library. They provide hostel facilities for men and women. The university is diverse with students from all over India and world, it resembles diverse culture and thinking. A beautiful campus which ignites your mind to achieve your aspirations.
