Very sluggish and reluctant staffnThe time norms go to the dogs.instead of 15 min for a FD closeout ,they took 3hours 35 minutes .the job was still not to my satisfaction.this was my 5th round there and i will still have to go again, all because of no clear instructions .rudeness is in their blood. If any thing happens to my I'll senior citizen mother who i had to leave alone ang go ,i will sue them all for the harassment.
