I am a regular customer here but never experienced like this before. I wanted to buy Almond which is kept in a jar and there was no carry bag also. I do not know what is the procedure to buy them. Nobody was around to help me so, I collected 1 carrybag from vegetables section, took out 100gm almond from the jar and put it in the carry bag. When I went for billing the lady staff started laughing at me because i didn't attached the prize sticker on it when it comes out from the weight machine after weighing the product. She called her senior to do that for me while constantly laughing at me. She might have thought as she is speaking in telegu I will not understand what they are communicating. I agree I do not know how to use that machine but, that doesn't mean you can make me feel humiliated in front of other customers. I felt like she needs training on how should she behave with customers.
A well organised store.nnThe store staff is very helpful, occasionally when things go wrong, like purchased product is found damaged the organize replacement.nnI purchased ground nuts packs which later in 2 days was observed to contain fungus. I brought it back to the store. They traced the bill through my mobile number replaced the packet of ground nuts with new one.nnService appreciated.
Good, but hardly any discounts on any product. I go there only if theres no other option.
Not crowdy..good range of biscuits n chocolates
Good place to get groceries and more they don't give any discounts but product quality is always good and most of brands and daily needs are always available.
