Very bad experience with this vijetha store.nWhile doing payment online amount got deducted & not reflected in thr system. I payed cash amount.nThen next day when I checked amount deducted & shown to there manager they told come after 4 days it will take time. When I visited after 4 days still issue was not resolved. Thay told it will take some time. Finally after 15 days I got call saying that bring your Aadhaar or pan and collect amount.nThe amount is some where 200. Imagine can go 3 round to collect 200 Rs with Aadhaar pan blaa blaa....

I visit their for one small thing JISKI need at every home that is ,,,SUI DHAGA,,,, I DIDN'T FIND THERE ... WHY U OPEN THIS BIG DUKAAAN IF U PEOPLE DON'T HAVE SMALL SMALL THINGS.. YOU HAVE TO CHECK ALL THESE .. AND BEHAVIOR OF YOU STAFF IS verRY MUCH rude and batmeez.. I ask form one black thin girl on cash counter for carry bag she told me that not available ... And forcing me to buy big one green bag .. remember you are lossing your coustmer day by day

I'm writing about the newer Vijetha next to Ratnadeep opposite to Aparna Cyber commune in Nallagandla. (1) Staff are very poorly trained- they do not know the processes nor the grocery items, for eg. most of them did not know what Avocado was. They do not have many options for regular coconut oil or regular ghee. Vegetables were not that fresh even on a Sunday afternoon. (2) They do not let you take your own grocery bag to reuse inside, while this is allowed by Ratnadeep and Sampoorna. (3a) Their ethics is questionable. Vim liquid 450ml bottles have variable amounts of vim liquid in them and the cap was not rightly closed. While challenged, they argue that it all has the same amount (see photo attached for your review). (3b) Strawberry boxes are for a flat rate of Rs. 59. However, each box has various weight of the product, for eg. one was 170g, one was 212g etc (when I weighed them on the machine). So, there is no standardization. Not sure if they do it unethically on purpose or by mistake due to carelessness (See pictures attached).
