General post office means the central processing office for the whole city, they have money order sevices, many many services, Qms, its a busy place , carton despatch services , all services cost less than DHL, FEDEX and other international companies, our India post are much cheaper and their tracing facilities applications and staff are more capable and better trained than staff of private courier companies.

Amazing place. There is ample seating and standing tables to write, apply stamps and other purposes. There is a well managed token system so you needn't stand in queues unnecessarily. The staff is very friendly and helpful and try helping you with whatever you need help with. They are also efficient and complete tasks great. There is also a shop inside for any stationary or photocopying needs. An example of a smooth functioning public office.
