Not convenient for public specially senior citizens who deposit their savings for safety. Very congested and in commercial area

Senior staff (age wise) doing work extremely slowly. Not to disrespect them in anyway but if someone takes 30+ minutes just to update a statement, it's a big problem to everyone waiting in line. I would rather just go a little further to P&T colony post office and get my work done in fraction of the time taken by the people here.
