Worst government service ,I went for withdrawal/closure , the lady was so bossy and asked people to come on Monday though it was still within Saturday timings. While standing at the counter You will have to go through tremendous pressure of what would the staff give you a lame reason to reject your application this ruining your day. Postal Services are the perfect sample to know how pathetic govt services are. Never I'm going to put my money here.

I don't understand why had this people provided the contact number...they are not at all attempting it...useless of providing number....worst service...

It's kind of bad for many reasons. Service is very slow, and it doesn't run on normal timings. Very difficult to get stamps and postal supplies because of this. And they took payment to open a philately account but they don't have any idea how to do it, so I had to instruct them! But anyway they didn't open the account, I didn't get a refund and it has been over an year. Only thing that functions is post box. Others are either non functional or very slow.
