Very Worst service ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4enSub post master behaviour is very rude. he needs counseling how to talk public or customers. he is not suitable person.

worst experience, sub postmaster Kumar started shouting at me like I was wasting his time but in fact it was his fault for not helping me with my TD account issue. I patiently went to post office for a week to take my mother's 5 years TD account interest amount but everytime they kept saying that the interest amount wasn't showing in their system and asked me to wait a few days until they check their system so i waited a few days and went back and asked them patienly about my issue, I didn't ask the sub postmaster atleast 2 questions and he was shouting like just for 10000 why was I asking him 10 questions. He didn't even know the fact until other staff member told him that it was their system that wasn't showing details about my account. According to him people with 10000 rupees or less in their accounts are not supposed to ask queries about their money, because he says that 10000 is such a small amount to him.

Ok ok service. Just one counter is open for all. Small room with three four staff i saw. Average staff and service.
