Worst ever had... no cold water in bathroom No towel soap... excuses due to covid they don't inf staff

The staff was good. They provided quick service. Overall rooms were good enough. Rooms were clean. However, there was some strange smell coming from the bed. I did not like that at all. I told the staff about that, but they told me it will not last long, but that smell lasted for 2 whole days. Remotes of TV and AC had no cells in them. I did not use them much but I thought it is point to be noted. Bathroom was attached one, it was spacious and very nice. Overall it was a budget hotel, but still there are some improvements needed. The lock of bathroom's door was not working properly. It was broken, it needed a fix. Their bed and linen had some strange smell during my stay, which is needed to be fixed. One important point to be noted is that there is only one charging socket in the room, there is one more but TV is connected with that socket, and when we are watching TV, we will not be able to use that socket for charging of our device. So, there needs to be more charging sockets, till then tourists need to make sure their devices are charged enough. Facilities in bathroom was good too. You should not expect much from a budget hotel, but they did provide a bathing soap. Water flow was great too. Hot and cold water was available throughout during my stay.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Room service is awesome. Specially it has a Restaurant and you can order anything from the menu. Food will be served to your room and taste of food are too good. You can even exchange Dollars from here with a good rate.nAt last Thanks To the Management Team. They are the most fantastic part of this hotel. They always try to solve every problem you might have faced during a hotel stay. As I'm from Bangladesh I will recommend Bangladeshis visiting Delhi with family to stay here.
