This is the only casino outside of Vegas I've visited that is so visitor- oriented. They are constantly improving and, although the rooms are pricey and the players club isn't as generous as it used to be, it's still one of the best places to find entertainment in this area... I suggest visiting when there isn't a concert or event (I mean, go to those. They are usually a step above anything else you could be doing around here) But, the days when the casino isn't packed and the hotel is quiet, it's also a great place for a business meal or a scenic walk through a variety of settings. Oh, and you can gamble.

Clean, small, easy to navigate. It was nearly impossible to get a drink while playing games, even if you asked a server directly they didn't come back around. The games didn't pay out very much. Fun experience though.

Nice, clean, homily. Simplistic layout. A lot to do. GREAT SEAFOOD!

Not a good experience our first time staying in the South Tower. The hallways were filthy with popcorn. We checked into our room and the bed was half-made it looked like - pillows out of place and not tucked into sheets like normal. We let it go because it wasn’t a big deal to us I guess. Then we found leftover ribs in the mini fridge. I took pictures of all of it and went down to the front desk. They didn’t even question me and immediately booked us a suite down the hall. We still had to pay the price of our original room. I didn’t mind but we got into our suite and I was disappointed at the cleanliness of it as well. Mirrors were dirty, found a candy wrapper, it definitely hadn’t looked like some furniture had be wiped or dusted. The top sheet looked like it had an old gum stain. Very noticeable when making the bed. Hopefully they step up their maid services. Front desk was amazing though and all of the staff in the casino as usual. Not sure I would stay in the South Tower again though.

Sad excuse for a resort. The only thing they got right was the alligator display and the decor in the indoor pool area. The rooms were small. The pools were small. It was suffacatingly hot in the indoor pool. The kids enjoyed kids quest, but the arcade was closed and they were not taking infants. The casino was terrible. Old games that did not pay at all. Went through $1,000 in no time with the highest pay being $64. Sad, just sad.
