I try to keep an open mind when I give reviews. . .because personally it is the only way the public can hold businesses accountable to the patrons.Moreover before I choose which casino I plan to visit I like to read online reviews.nnThis was my first visit in over three months to this particular casino . . .after which I can tell you if you have a car and your looking for better play value. Oneida Mason Street Green Bay and Ho Chunk Wisconsin Dells may currently be your two best options for having fun.nnWell for the same amount of money as last time I got more than twice the play value. On my very first spin (with free money) betting 60 cents I won over $40. . .that was a pleasant surprise. I played for a little over 2 hours, however I was disappointed to find there was no free coffee and soda.nnIf no free coffee and/or soda is a turn off for you then don't visit here, Madison Ho Chunk, and Lake of Torches.nnI walked/played the entire lower floor of the casino. They have removed 2/3 of all the table games and replaced them with slot machines. . .so there is a large selection of new and old slot machines to choose from.nnAfter visiting here for over three years I come to believe that they are more focused on player club members who have reached emerald and diamond status. Moreover the rewards system is geared to these higher level players as well. There are two or three spots in the casino that have older machines and the lower wager players seem to covet these machines as these same machines seem always busy.nnIt is the largest casino in Wisconsin, however currently I don't believe they are giving their patrons the best experience.nnWishing everyone the best as we past through this Covid experience.

I stayed over night at the hotel with a friend. We were placed in a room with a nice view of the lake. The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean. The room service was awesome. We went home with money in our pockets. It was really a great experience and they kept people distanced.

Now they will know how it feels to lose money!! Gotta warn you....once they re-open BOY will those machines be Tighter than ever!!nnUPDATE: I did go a few times and I was Right on the money! That's right...NOT winning any! Terrible Terrible Terrible! Trying to re-coop your losses this way by Ripping off the patrons even More than ever, will make you loose customers Forever! I talked to others and they ALL felt the same! But I guess that's a Good thing that people don't come back, so they can actually spend that Lost money on something that will last a lot longer, in the way of material things! Well keep doing what you are doing and maybe you guys will end up Closing! I will try it 1 more time, been donating for years with you, with very little luck then. One more time, if I get nothing then it's got to be Good-Bye for Good!
