Helpful over phone but a bit expensive for the services I was looking at

Awesome, quick service. I had a motorcycle with no key, the service technician at this location helped me track the key number on the bike. The key number was looked up and replacements could be made. I arrived just after closing, which was no big deal to me. I got back to my vehicle and was about to leave. A shop worker stopped me in the parking lot and told me that they could still help me! Even after they were technically closed, I was able to get two new keys made. This was great and I would recommend their service to anyone! I wish more shops operated like Whillow's.

Affordable install prices and friendly technician. Communication is key! Definitely my go-to locksmith, and I'd recommend to anyone.

Every couple of years I have Whitlow do some work on locks and keys. They are customer and detail oriented and always willing to help.today they gave me support over the phone in order to disassemble and reassemble a mortise lock assembly. I highly recommend them they offer old-fashioned service.

Love the place the entire staff there knows their job and how to do it well they're right there when you need them they're fast courteous and efficient so glad that they're close to where I live I use their services often. The place is immaculate always enjoy going into there store.
