Nice ambience as it right on the bank of Ganges, private beach and evening aarti are good. Rowing and rafting adds to the excellent experience. Room are small and availability of taxis is major concern. One feels stuck and not able to move anywhere without own vehicle. Few operators recommended by hotels try to fleece tourists as no option available.

Awesome place to stay. Very well built architecture and great view of river Ganga.nnI have deducted 1 star as I didn't find reception staff helpful. On my checkout day I requested them to extend 2 hrs of stay as I was going for rafting and my mother was alone in hotel. They agreed to provide a different room but with Charge of Rs. 2500 for 3hrs. For complete day u get a room for 5500 and here for 3hrs 2.5K. They didn't even care I was requesting for my old mother. Instead started calling me to ask when I m vacating.ud83dude21

Pathetic experience! Highly overpriced. Rooms have negative vibes, all shades of brown. Its Smaller than it appears on the pictures. Pathetic Food. Had to wait 20 mins for check-in after 8 hours of journey, while no other guest was around and the manager was busy on call with some guest, charging him for everything he was asking about. No polite Gesture, not even welcoming. they have lot of amenities, best being the private beach. but even if you wish to stay indoors or spend time in balcony the monkeys are gonna trouble you and if not monkeys then the constant sewer smell! We forgot our IDs at the reception, technically it was the managers fault since he took it for prints and told us he's gonna give us later! we asked them to ship it to our address and they asked for 150rs courier charges from us!

Nice place. This place is peaceful. You may chill here for hours. You have to walk a bit after parking but it worth doing that.

Being a travel agent, it is very crucial to offer the right hospitality to an elite client. My client recently stayed here and though they were supposed to go out for sightseeing, but they rather choose to spend time at the attic they have made. Great hospitality, assistance and cuisine. Great to work with Summit Hotels.
