I had amazing experience with my friends there. All credit goes to “The Himalayan Yoga Retreat” that makes our days so special there and helps us to explore places. I get to know about yoga and how it help to keep our body flexible and free from various health activities. The amount of knowledge that I have obtained from “The Himalayan yoga Retreat” is life-changing. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the depth of knowledge and experience of all mates. Far from the chaos of the city on the higher side of the foothills lies this beautiful yoga center hidden in the greens of the Himalayan forests. I stayed at this place for one months and each day began with a fresh and aspiring mindset and ended with great virtuous learnings about life. There was not a single day when I didn't end up learning something new from the amazing yoga gurus and how it changed my life for the good. The teachers, the management, and the entire staff of The Himalayan Yoga Retreat are the most beautiful souls I have met. For anyone planning to be in India to experience Yoga, I recommend this place with all my heart.

It was an credible experience!! For 6 Days Yoga Retreat I gained a lot of information and got to know much more about yoga and about myself, and with the help of The Himalayan Yoga Retreat team got the answers on the questions, on which I was constantly asking to myself. So many why was reveled. I wan't to thanks all of The Himalayan Yoga Retreat team for the great job, and all of my group for the support!!!!

Yoga Retreat and Yoga Teacher Training School. Well structured program, allowing most people to progress no matter the level they are at. Highly knowledgeable teachers, peaceful location and food for the soul.
