Had lost the front door and casement doors key. Andrew attended punctually and was very professional and patient particularly with the complicated reassembly of a 35+yo lock totalling 2 1/2hrs of work; he deserves a bonus! Would definitely recommend Websters.
The rain was pouring and the wind howling when I placed my key in my exposed back door and the key snapped in half. I didn't have my front door key with me, so I was stuck in the elements. I looked up Websters on my phone, they gave me a 30 minute wait time. In less than 10 minutes Andrew appeared, assessed the situation, extracted the broken key, made a replacement and was gone within 15 minutes. Now that's what I call great service! Well done Andrew! Much appreciated! This is one happy customer!

I cannot recommend Andrew and his team enough. I needed help in opening an old safe belonging to my parents. Not being particularly good at cracking safes, I needed help.
