Neither it opens nor they pick up the call.nI made several effort to meet them in office but there is no even a bird in the office.nWe the students are facing many problems we are not getting any information about examination, assignment etc..nI have prepared my assignments but where it had to submitnI had submitted on given link and email by the IGNOU but it is not appearing in status.nI went to submit it in regional centre siwan there was no one.nWorst regional center and the worst management.nNoor Nawab final year Meg(English)
