Whenever I want to encash my savings amount most of the time the employee says server will be down and other time even if I come before 15 minutes early before the closing time. The concerned employee says it’s closing time.. Hope the employees here be considerate in handling some of the requests. They don’t know how far we have come to get our hard earned money😞
