Amazing place. Outstanding staff. Must visit. Best place I have ever visited.

Probably the best homestay I have ever stayed. I booked room with Balcony. You can enjoy every bit of it. All the facilities which shall be in home are there. Good sources of entertainment such as badminton, jenga, carom board. You can listen music or play guitar or play pool outside. Room was spacious and nicely maintained. Bathroom was also good.nView from the room and the property is same which is amazing. Even if you book without balcony that would be fine as well. Just if you want to see the valley while on your bed, then you might need balcony.nOwner lives near by and he takes care of guest often.nnFood was good. they charge 250 per person for veg and 350 for non veg which I think is a bit higher because no person would wat that much but food was good.nNeed improvement in Cleanliness in rooms and common area. Carpet in drawing room was extremely dirty and I asked the guy to clean the area after that he clean the floor and took the carpet out.nWindow area had a lot of dust and wasn't properly clean.nnFurther need improvements on the pool table which is not playable now. I think they use it just for the reason that guest can take pics.nnLawn area for badminton has a lot rocks which can hurt feet.npeople coming with kids need to be more careful. bed and other furniture has sharp edges can cut skin. my finger got cut. and they had no first aid box or any cotton or band- aid. they need a First aid box and arrangement for hurts.nnthe location is off road in village baghel and 7-8 km from Theog. the road is not good. you need to drive extremely careful. if you found any problem just call the hotel.nrainy season and snow would be big problem for drive.nnOtherwise the area and house let you feel home.nOwner does alot of efforts to make guest comfortable which is really appreciable. Staff needs more efforts in cleanliness.

Plz dont go .nothing to do anything in this property no music .if u want anything like bone fire and music .they said things are chargeablenBelieve me no masti .no fun

When i booked the place i repeatedy asked the zostel helpline about the approach road and i was informed that this place is easily accesible but when we reached there it was the opposite the approach road is very dangerous and very risky for inexperienced drivers.Even though the location is good it cannot makeup for the near death experience.When we reached there we decided that we wouldn't stay here and the owner asked for the full payment.

We had booked this place in the month of February. By the time we could reach the place it was 9:30 in the night and it had got super cold outside, believe me when i say it because we were about to freeze out. When we reached the location it was so calm and serene and there was no one there except a couple who supposedly were the owners of the property and had come down only for us. They were really sweet, helpful and they had also cooked for us (what more can you ask for). We had a chat with the couple over dinner and we did like them alot. Talking about the place, it is really beautiful and well maintained. The view from the room is mesmerising.
