I have Logged Complaint Regarding Internet Not Working month ago 16 Aug.... I am Vist many time in airtel Office at Mall road Shimla Near Lift but the Office Staff told me working on site Since one month..Very Poor Service Pathetic internet Connectivity No Resulotin From Airtel... I have Waste my Recharge Money on Airtel..... Very bad Experience at all i Suggest to All of you Do not by any Airtel Sim very poor connectivity in Hp....

Worst experience with the employees working in Airtel Office, near Lift, Shimla. The employees are rude with the customers and will never pick up your call if u are facing any issue. Irresponsible, rude and will surely give zero for customer satisfaction from service providers. Airtel sucks! Its like dealing with people who are excellent at procrastination and you will be stuck there forever to get your sim services done!
