One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is warm and courteous. Service - impeccable.nView- amazing.nI had asked for chinese one night.. due to some issue I wasn’t able to get it. I got sincere apologies for the entire staff including the GM.. to make up for it.. i got a complimentary dessert and drink. My entire vacation was made very comfortable and luxurious.nDefinitely gonna visit again.

A secluded place, away from all the noise, can find your peace here, lot of outdoor and indoor activities available at reasonable rates, big turn off - swimming pool not available whereas you can find pool in other same category hotels. Should work on breakfast services more - we were not served for 30 mins - even though asking them for several times and even after this none of the hotel staff came and made up for it. They do offer couple spa package but they can't give you together as they don't have that facility. Free parking available, can arrange you vehicle for visiting different places at affordable price.

Awesome place out from the main Shimla town at Mashobra. Hotel is situated at the valley of mashobra with great views.nAmbiance is also very good at hotel. Rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable with awesome views. One can spend whole day sitting at balcony with a cup of tea and enjoying the view.nHotel also got every Modern and require amenities.nIt has got a very kitchen. Foods were also very good.nBut over everything they have the great staffs. All the staffs are well trained and well mannered. They are very helpful and very polite.nFrom front office to house keeping to restaurant staff, everyone is excellent. A big thumbs up to all of them.nService was also very good and prompt.nIf anyone is looking for a great experience in Shimla but out of the town, far from city’s noise then this will be the right place stay.nI am surely visiting this place again.nAnd one thing if anyone visit here in bike, you will love the road to this hotel.
