The bank branch and its service is pretty good inperson. But they never pick the phone if you are outside Kerala and calling to know some account related topics. Trying for the last 2 days with no luck!!!

The bank is pretty huge itself and this branch here in Kanjikuzhi is quite big sized. I liked the spot it is set up which is right in the heart of town so we'll accessible for all. There is some parking space for their customers but not that sufficient though, I think. The service here is not that great.
