I have got a bad experience again from DTDC .. I sent one courier and the receiver side it reaches till the recipient near by courier outlet but they dint inform the recipient or call back to the sender .. it was there for 2 days and they send back saying address is not clear ..I have been there and found that the pincode and the receiver phone number alone is tierd off .. looks like they have tierd it with some kind of key or a knife :( .. I would say it's made purposely as the address part was well wrapped with plastic coatingnnIt's a bad experience :( for the trust ..

Am not satisfied with their service and attitude

Instead of delivering they keep calling to come and collect. Tracking they update as out for delivery everyday but will not deliver. Will not respond to phone calls .
