Kottayam Head Post Office - India Post

Went for PF related matters. The staff were nice, pleasant and really helpful.

Very bad and cruel customer care service. The moment I arrived in that post office in October 2020 I was shouted at, embarrassed and degraded in front of all the customers that were there and all this was done in Malayalam.nnI am a foreigner i do not understand malayalam but that did not stop the officer in charge from insulting me and shouting in Malayalam. Instead of just clearly explaining the rules of sending a parcel I was humiliated. I requested for someone who spoke English but the officer did not respond to my question instead she kept on screaming.nnIt was so inhuman and indecent. I have never felt that way in my life before. The post Master heard everything that was happening but she did not come out to understand what was happening. I have never seen an office full of selfish and inhuman people.
