Pathetic service, just need to enquire about consignment but that surajnagar post office concern guy didnt feel need to check through POD no. He directly ask me to go to TT nagar office file a complaint and provide him written letter and so on which requires another one week!! Is this a way to yteat its customer??? I mean just for a normal enquiry he wants me to do another one week process!! Do its really required???? If this the only way then why they are providing POD no. If they cannot help through itnnReally pathetic the person should change their layback attitude and work with zeal for customer servicing.
