Providing services during pandemic.nClearly informed about delaying of post due to transportation issues due to pandemic.nSpacious office on first floor but entry to office through narrow way where vehicles are kept.

Good service if you can go an extra mile to get in touch with authorities. Usually they are not very punctual with their tracking updates.

Terrible and indifferent service. As per tracker my parcel EJ 488169755IN was despatched for delivery yesterday but even after 25 hours local delivery has not been effected. Nobody receives calls at Trilanga Post Office. The phone keeps ringing unanswered. Relevant higher authorities must take corrective action.
