Great shop! Dropped in with a key stuck in a lock. In no time, they'd disassembled the lock, retrieved the key and made 4 new keys that actually work. Very professional, courteous and quick. Thanks for the great service!

I contacted B & B yesterday to have my locks changed at my office yesterday. They were fast, attentive and very courteous. Unbelievable service. Zach was extremely efficient and professional- along with being very knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed by the way he walked me through the different options available along with the facts of why the original contractor grade hardware was not a safe choice for my family and I. Just to break the ice, Zach went on to prove how quickly the lock could be picked - about 20 seconds. I am very happy with the hardware we picked out and how Zach cleaned up everything after completing the job as if he was never there. As a result I have been recommending them to my friends. Will definitely use them again. Wanted to also mention that my interaction with B&B (all the way from my first phone call with Dave to my experience with Zach to returning to the storefront to get additional keys) was a welcomed experience.
