This doesn't look like a store or office. Very unprofessional people. You go there, enter the store, but these people keep doing their so called work. They don't pay any attention to the customers. I got a new sim for my ported number on 2nd jan 2020. They charged me the money for first recharge.. I told them that I can recharge my number online. But they said that first recharge has to be done by them. So I paid ₹250 as asked( I don't know if it is a rule to get the recharge done from the store?)nI haven't got any recharge till now 6 jan 2021.nMoreover I cannot find their contact details online. Now I have to go all over there again and ask them about the recharge. I would have given zero star if it was possible .

Very poor service.nGot my number ported on 23/12/2020 and they have taken the money for first recharge but have not done the recharge. Facing calling issues as recharge not done till now.

Poor service... I swapped my sim to 4g on 14/2/2019 and store manager told that it will start working in one to two hour but the new sim is not active till now. I do all the formalities and i also Registered a complaint that also not redressed .
