A+++ a great experience with this locksmith. I was having issues with a door and spoke to Janel several days before the actual appointment. She asked me to text photos of the lock in question just so that they would be prepared as I told them I needed it fixed same day. The morning of my appointment, I was given a courtesy call while B OK was on their way, a super nice young man named Isaac. He fixed my lock in no time flat and explained the problem as to why the lock hadn’t been catching. Super easy to work with B OK - super responsive - and I received a follow up call to make sure everything had gone smoothly. Highly recommend!!!!!

We called B Ok Locksmiths to install a deadbolt on an interior closet door. We were advised it could be done, however to save money we could install a door handle with “secure key lock.” We had concerns that the lock could be easily picked with a screwdriver or other tool, but the key was substantial and had many cuts. On time, fast and clean. Thank you.

I needed help while traveling. Forgot to pack the key which would open the battery lock on our E-Bike. They were very helpful and provided service above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend B-OK Locksmith if you are in the Palm Desert area and need help!

After a few days of looking for our last key to our vehicle, we decided to call B-OK Locksmith to find out what the process would take to get a new key made without a key to copy from. The lady who answered the call was very professional and helpful in guiding me through the process.nWe had a technician sent to us same day (within hours) who had keys ready for us within the hour of showing up. Joe was VERY professional and kind to my whole family. He even showed my kids, from a distance, how a lock works as they were all very curious.nHere's to hoping we never need a locksmith again, but if we do, we will DEFINITELY be calling B-OK Locksmith (and if possible asking for Joe).
