Thank you for replacing our lock in such a timely manner at such short notice. Service was quick and so easy to deal with.

I went to Bunnings to get 7 keys cut and NONE of them worked. I went to Blackburn to Bond to get same keys cut. Brilliant! They all work!!

Really disappointed. Got their number from local Facebook page with good reviews. Contacted them, got a very rude man who made me feel like my call was an inconvenience, sent an email with photos as requested. They didn’t get back to me until he time frame they said they would. Called back... apparently email never came though, although it said sent. Forwarded email again and waited on the phone to make sure they got it... said they would get back to me within the hour... didn’t happen. Next day, partner rang and left a message, no response, 2 days later I rang them and told them not to worry about booking the job!!!!

I've been a customer of Bond's for the last 25 years. I have had nothing but excellent service and very knowledgeable advice from their team. They are completely 'on top of their game'.nnThey've got me out of several very difficult situations with car immobilisers, remotes not working and other security related issues, not to mention the mundane re-keying of locks, key cutting, etc. Sure they can get extremely busy at some times, but I've always received friendly and thorough service when it was my turn.nnHad another huge problem this morning with a bluetooth/Wi-Fi based access remote and to be honest I was quite depressed and worried. Anyhow, after a visit to Bond's, I discussed my problems with 'Jim' at quite some length. He was patient, really knowledgable and took a lot of care to make sure I was fully informed about my situation. I left with my problem completely addressed and feeling very grateful as he had dispelled some of the unfounded concerns I had. Really wonderful to receive comprehensive 'advice' and on this occasion free of any charge whatsoever.

Superb service, friendly, quick, did exactly what they said they'd do - just had to replace some door fittings and they were extremely professional and reasonably priced. Did everything right re covid protections also. Highly recommend.
