Really pleased with the team at Turner’s - the replaced the lock on my front door and were cheaper than the other quotes but for a better quality lock. Quick installation where they kept me up to date on the progress and made sure I understood everything before they left. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I have been in the shop 3 times in less than one month but they can’t copy keys. Maybe I was unlucky but in the morning in the shop there is always a lady who says that she cannot copy the keys and she invites you to leave your originals if you want a copy in the afternoon. In the past, they copied you keys on the spot and the service was very efficient. ud83eudd37‍♂ufe0f

Very impressed! Have had a lot of workmen in and out recently but these guys stand out by a mile. Curtis was super friendly and polite, and he even swept up the floor after he was finished installing our new lock! Would definitely recommend :)

No experience of their key cutting but very helpful staff, and their range of household parts like sockets, fuses etc is great and very reasonably priced!
