I had upvc patio doors that would not unlock. I chose Seymour locksmiths as they were local and there was no call out charge. He was at my house within 20 minutes and had the doors open within 5 minutes. Needless to say I was staggered! We had spent hours trying the handles up and down, injected solvents in the lock. A new locking system was called for. This was sorted without any fuss the following day as new parts were required. A thoroughly professional job with no drama and all at a very reasonable price . Rather than booking a local locksmith, we booked through 24/7 locksmithsnQuoted 49 plus locks on top. We lost a key which fitted 3 doors.nThey arrived and started to fix 1 door, than they provided the quote £550!! For 3 barels. Shocked and surprised, phoned Seymour who confirmed that we were being ripped off. He arrived within minutes to help escort 24/7 locksmith off our property and made locks safe.nGreat great service provided by Jeff, honest, caring and local. Thumbs up

Came out very quickly and sorted out the lock I needed changing. Also managed to realign two doors so they close much better which was an added bonus. Very pleased and would recommend.
