It's one of the big post office in Moradabad district and Located just front of Moradabad Jail .nIt has huge parking space which is paid but free for stuff only.nTransportation is available for anytime.nNo wheelchair accessible entrance gate here but parking space available.nIt has 2 floors ground and first floor .nFirst floor has nine counters for various services like speed post , postage stumps , fix deposit etc.nIt’s the head branch of Moradabad .nServices is neither bad nor best but overall is ok .nNo water facility for customers .nNo canteen facility .but you can get some food out side the office.nParking is paid it should be free for all customer .nCrowded place and well maintained no cleaning

Very poor service of passport. Please don't set ur appointment in mbd head post office for your passport making. I have attended the appointment for my passport on 6 dec2019 but my file for passport application has not been forwarded to local police for police varification. And they were telling it ll take 3.5 months to receive your passport home. Pata nahi kyu passport ka kaam le liya hai indian postal service inse khud k department ka kaam to timely and theek se hota ni hai. Worst experience. Postal Department should also b get privatized soon.

Terribly Painful services, they sit on important documents like bank passbook for month. Government should seriously consider revamping the entire postal system.nAnd hey welcome to 21st century, at least for our PM digital push provide correct contact details.
