Good hotel, proper cleaning hygienic , but as i landed in night the first time and that is also covid period where less staff is under work , but i feel its good hotel

If you are in Radisson Lucknow u should meet Mr abhilekh tiwari.Excellent customer service in pandemic situation.Mr Abhilekh tiwari has taken good care of us.He has kept a check on us. We are very happy to see the way he is taking care of us. We get to learn so many things from him as we r also from the same industry.Thank you to the entire team of Radisson Lucknow.

Had a lovely stay! The staff were courteous especially private dining.The food was very good you should try the egg curry. Private dining staff were offering a very good and fast service (would like to specially appreciate the order taker and the chef)
