After my apartment was broken into, CG Locks were highly recommended to me from our Body Corp. Chase the owner of the company came out ASAP!nI was so impressed, he was so lovely and extremely understanding especially as l was still so distraught.nHe put on a temporary lock for me that night so l was 100% safe. I ordered the best state of the art computer key pad lock worth $400. He really looked after me and gave it to me for $100. Installing the lock the very next day. He went above and beyond for me, very caring and professional. I was so happy, l started to tear up! And he wouldn’t even take any money from me until the job was finished.nCG. Locks, would have to be the best locksmiths on the Gold Coast! A company that really care and look after their customers. I can’t thank you enough Chase. CG Locks you definitely gave me peace of mind!

GREAT customer service. Fantastic experience. Chase was responsive, prompt and efficient sorted the key and lock fix with efficiently with brilliant workmanship. Worked out issues smoothly Fixed them well great quality ! didn’t charge a fortune. He had a amazing friendly attitude. Kept me up to date on job. Would 100% refer CG and Chase. Highly recommend them. I would surely reachout to them for any and all future lock jobs.

Had locked my keys in my car early morning. Had someone come out within 30mins of me calling and had my keys back within 15 - 20mins. Highly recommend and cant thank you guys enough.

WOW! WOW! WOW!nnI cannot believe the account that we have just been sent from CG Locks.nWe had the owner of the company himself attending to us.nnWe had a problem with the front door one night.nI contacted CG Locks the following morning and he was here within 2 hours.nHe then proceeded to show me what was required and then left.nI fixed the door handle and we were NOT charged for that call out!!nnI then asked them to come and quote for the securing of all doors on the ground floor.nAgain the owner Chase Maxwell came out himself. He has spent over 2 hours going through the building with me.nWe have not been charged anything like what I thought. For what has been done, the total bill is unbelievable.nThanks for your great service. We will certainly continue to use you.nMurray
