A seized up lock on a lift room door represented a major problem if someone got stuck in the lift and access to the equipment in the lift room was required. Ricky turned up in a good humour and was determined to get it sorted with minimal damage. I was very pleased with his positive attitude and perseverance and he soon had the door open. The old lock was quickly removed but the current replacement has been modified so needed a lot of work to ensure a proper fit and smooth action. Ricky didn’t stop until he was completely satisfied. A great job at a very fair price. Thank you very much.
