My Ford Kuga fob failed, unable to unlock or lock but once in by key hidden in fob casing car started (push button). Changed fob battery, still not working. Alcester Locks sorted the problem after various tests. Conclusion...poor connections...adjusted the batterynAll carried out whilst I waited.Fantastic 5 star service. Thoroughly recommend.

Our door lock had seized and we were unable to lock it, Mark came out about 20 minutes after we called, fixed the problem with no issues!! Explained what had happened and tips on how to stop it happening again!! Would recommend to anyone in that situation ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
