Ekarts members were really good very decent and very politen..but sometimes they could disappoint cause they had lot's of parcel to deliver....so be patient.

Teach your delivery people to be polite to customers. We aren't their slaves. We are giving them respect, so ask them to do the same. Their attitude will put them in some bad situation someday.

Very poor service. Ekart logistics is so worse. Not even comparable to Amazon's delivery service. Amazon always delivers my product the day ita drives my city whereas ekart logistics stretches the delivery 3-4 days more than the expected delivery date. Thieves operating this courier business.
