Currently, I have lived in a building in Muweilah Commercial, Sharjah for the past 6 years and the maintenance of the building is repulsive. Over the years, the cleaning of the building's common areas have reached the level of deplorable filth. Countless requests for the watchman to clean the building are ignored. Thr building has trash and discarded items piling up beneath the stair, in the car park areas and outside. Walkways are never swept or mopped, the stairs have not been swept or mopped in over a year. If maintenance is called for a specific apartment, they will one but they lack the work skills to fix the problem the first time. It takes a minimum of 3 calls to fix anything properly. Other tenants have called about the filth of the building and nothing has improved. Cockroaches and flies are welcome here but not Detol or a broom. It has become embarrassing to have guests t9 my home because the cleanliness of the building is horrible. From the entrance, to the walls of the elevators to every hallway is covered in dirt. Calls to the Savills result in zero Improvements. Stay away from any building managed by Savills. They do not maintain sanitary and hygienic living conditions and they employee building workers who refuse to fulfill their work responsibilities.

Very worst service and they have unprofessional maintenance team. For emergency maintenance they are coming next day. don't get in trouble after taking flat with this property management company

I were dealing with Ms. Nada Khateeb, she was very excellent employee you can deal with, very friendly, seriously, and polite. I fortunate as a customer to find such employee like her to deal with. Thank you Savills company.nAlso, Ms Mona at maintenance department were has behavior, thank you again

I wish there an option for 0 star. Extremely bad behavior from staff especially Ms Leena who makes you feel like she is doing charity by letting you stay in their buildings. If the management ever reads the reviews they would invest in staff training so that people are not treated badly. Only sensible person i dealt with is Ms Helen.nIf you plan to take an apartment then don't expect your deposit back as they will take it by hook or crook. Worst real estate experience in my entire life. Will never go for a savills building ever.
