You have done Strategic partnership with Mangalam Ecstasy .nAfter sale the clients are facing lot of quality issues and are being looted by the builder.nNone of the presales promise is being met by the builder. Overall their is a Huge Deviation between the presales Specification and actual delivery specification.nBathroom fitting as per Spec must be Cera but actual is TITA and Orio.nMoney has been taken on name of top brands but all local cheap stuffs are being used.nBuilder is very very arrogant with clients after sales and loot huge money for any small modification + light fitting + registration.nnJLL responsibility does not get over just after sales. They must see that they deliver the quality that was promised by builder presales.nnyou have just spoiled your Name by doing partnership with so Bad company

Loved my time at JLL Bengaluru. To be more specific, the office culture and vibe you get from it's surroundings is superb. Its located in UB City and you can't ask for more. Hoping to get acquainted with JLL very soon. Its one of the best places to work and you cannot have a better location.

I had to rent out my commercial building, I called up and the front office executive connected me to an executive, but he wasn't available. They cut the call . I called up again and the front office executive and she told me that the executive will call back , but never called back .nThey should Atleast inform that they only deal with high end properties.

JLL Is the worst in behaving with people, if they are maintaining ur community you are all Gone, especially we have experience in DLF jigani. The worst illetrate I have seen them as managers here.
