OK serves Located very decent location (behind the park). Serves is OK only(as common in government office). Only 2 employees (very slow). Note: Be ready with all required documents while visiting. To get your done.

I want a cheque book and have applied for the same almost a week back. When ever I go to collect the cheque book, the staff says, server is down. This is been their usual dialogue recently. Already the post office is shifted from Banaswadi to Kasturinagar, which is couple of kms from Banaswadi and on top of that they keep giving reasons that server is down. Pathetic service.

Very disappointed staff just we called for enquiry who picked the call the lady she don't have manners.she need to know how to talk to costomer she can't even give proper answer suddenly she cut the call she thought we don't have work any work that's why calling. Give proper Costomer respect and service please teach her how to do work.

This is a single counter post office. The Staff is helpful, but once the counter had to be closed due to a power cut. Hope the Postal Authorities can install a power back up in this office to facilitate continous service.
