I just hated the response...I can call it no response at all... If the customer care service cannot be answered then why keep something like that... More than half and hour and still my call was not connected to the customer care service...

Very disappointing customer care, no any listed phone nos. are working. no proper response at post office branch also. We dont understand how these post office departments are working. Really pathetic.

Called several times but no response. Didn't picked up the phone. They might have kept the phone for their personal use i guess. Worst service .Really disappointed.
