They have a team of client trappers who give assurance letters to cheat clients with false commitments(to provide discount or refund commission received from builder) who later on become absconding and stop picking calls. I got cheated by prateek arora who gave me the letter with sign of manish bhatia, the owner of hco realestates. It seems to be a group of fraudsters have jointly made this company, people should beware from such companies and fake assurances.
