Hotel Grand Mercure is the only plush hotel in Gift City so if you are going for any work in and around Gift city then you have no other choice if you want to limit your commute.nThe Hotel itself is new and hence is in good shape and ambience is also good, however it seems they are hit hard by Covid and hence working with very limited staff currently as there are not many guests in the hotel.nThe service is also slow considering the shortage of staff. The portion of meal is slightly less and if your are looking for one dish meal, please be mindful of this.nThe rooms are very compact but seems just ok for the price offered now. During the normal tariff period definitely not worth it.

Very bad experience.nRooms are average only if you are 2 persons to stay , no extra beds are provided. We stayed here for 3 days and had very bad experience because we expected a lot more but we are disappointed.nA boy name jibran Khan was not good and unskilled and not professional.nAnd the most irritating was the lift.nHence it’s not value for money.
